Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love every piece you purchase from Blexxo. If something doesn’t work out, we’re here to help.

Please review the guidelines below for returns, exchanges, and refunds.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns on eligible items within 7–14 days of delivery, depending on your location. To qualify for a return:

  • Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Tags and original packaging must be intact

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required

Non-returnable items include:

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Intimate wear (e.g., underwear, swimwear)

  • Customized or made-to-order pieces

2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please email us at [email protected] with:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you wish to return

  • Reason for the return

We’ll respond with return instructions and the appropriate return address. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

3. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we are not responsible for lost or undelivered returns.

4. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size or color, simply return the original item (if eligible), and place a new order for the item you want.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • If your return is rejected (e.g., signs of wear or damage), we’ll notify you and return the item back to you.

Please note: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless we made an error in your order.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Received the wrong item or something damaged? We're so sorry! Please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the issue so we can make it right—either with a replacement or a full refund

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days:

  • Check your bank or credit card account

  • Contact your payment provider (processing times may vary)

  • Still stuck? Email us at [email protected], and we’ll help out
